Some good progress overall
Here are some of the main changes:
Small animated intro (still extremely wip, sorry)
Added some hand drawn art for the new characters
Wrote a bunch of new cutscenes (CRINGE.)
Added controls list to pause menu
Overboost improvements (model, shader, steering, fuel meter etc)
Added player knockback to explosions
Now restarting in the randomized conduit leads to going back to floor 1
Dashing into a wall now has particles, sound and screen shake
Animated crosshair reacts to movement and shooting
New level, the Sewer, with a new Boss fight (go play GITS for the ps1, it's fucking great)
Fixed the spider generator but it's still not part of any real level, you can shoot at it in the test room
Still a long way to go, but as long as I make some progress every day, I'm gonna get there eventually.
