Alpha 1.3.1

this is not supposed to be a major, polished release. lots of things are still unfinished, especially the 1vs1 bossfight in testArena that i am planning.

BUT, the significant difference in quality and features between my old dd57 build and the in-dev one i was working on was seriously getting on my nerves. so, consider this as an "intermediate" update while i cook more stuff for dd58. the full changelog will wait until then.
